What’s the difference between Delta-8, Delta-9, and Delta-10?
Delta-8 THC, Delta-9 THC, and Delta-10 THC occur naturally in cannabis, and all three are isomers of the same molecule, tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC. THC is one of hundreds of identified cannabinoids from the cannabis plant, and is the main psychoactive substance in cannabis. An isomer is one of two or more compounds that contain the same number of atoms of the same elements but differ in structural arrangement and properties.
In other words, chemically speaking, the molecule that makes these three types of THC is very similar. The difference is where a double-bond occurs. For Delta-8 it is on the eighth carbon chain, Delta-9 on the ninth carbon chain, Delta-10 on the tenth. Research shows that Delta-8 and Delta-10 share some of the effects of Delta-9, though typically at lower levels.
What is the difference between CBD and THC?
CBD (cannabidiol) and THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) are both naturally-occurring cannabinoids from the cannabis plant, and both have the exact same molecular structure: 21 carbon atoms, 30 hydrogen atoms, and 2 oxygen atoms. A slight difference in how the atoms are arranged accounts for the differing effects on your body. THC is the main psychoactive component of the plant—the part that can make people feel “high” or intoxicated.
CBD is not psychoactive and is used for therapeutic effects of its own. CBD also plays a part in regulating how other cannabinoids including THC affect a person.

How much is the correct dosage?
Products with THC, even at low dosages, have the potential to produce psychoactive and therapeutic effects. While our products have a suggested dosage listed on each package, the strength of the effects on a particular person will be different depending on a few things: the dosage level, body weight, food or other substances in the system, personal body chemistry, and experience level or tolerance of THC.
When using Delta-8, Delta-9, and Delta-10 THC products, users report feelings of relaxation, euphoria, creativity, focus, uplift and pleasure. Some people like to compare the effects to those of traditional adult-use cannabis products, saying Delta-8 is more like an indica and Delta-10 is more like a sativa.
We offer products at a range of potency levels, from low to high, so you can find the perfect dosage for your needs. And with all the options we offer, it’s easy to adjust up or down from there!
Generally speaking, it is recommended that you start with the lowest dose, ie. 5mg to 10mg, and gradually increase it until you reach satisfactory results. Consult your healthcare provider with specific questions about using any therapeutic products.
You may feel “high” after using THC products so we strongly recommend you use them responsibly.

How is this legal?
THC comes from the cannabis plant. For many years in the United States, cannabis was illegal whether or not it contained THC. In the last decade Congress enacted two groundbreaking pieces of legislation, known as the 2014 Farm Bill and 2018 Farm Bills. This legislation defines cannabis with less than .3% of Delta-9 THC per dry weight as hemp and allows it in all 50 states*. It also states that derivatives of hemp (cannabinoids, extracts, isomers) are also federally-compliant. The THC isomers in our products are made exclusively from organically-grown, federally-compliant hemp.
Even though these products are federally-compliant, individual states may have their own regulations about purchasing or using hemp-based THC products. You should check your state and local rules before ordering.
*Cannabis with more than .3% Delta-9 THC per dry weight is still a federally controlled substance, although over 30 states now allow medical or adult-use of all cannabis.

What are some tips for Cartridge troubleshooting?
It is unlikely that you will have any issues with our high quality cartridges and vape pens, but here are some tips for best performance.
- Store the cartridge or pen vertically with the mouth-tip up. This will keep the liquid in the correct location to be fed to the heating element.
- On cartridges, keep the terminal (the part that contacts the battery) and threads clean. During normal use, a small amount of sticky light brown residue can accumulate at the terminal and threads. It can be removed by lightly cleaning the area with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol. Avoid using too much alcohol, the goal is to pick up the residue with the swab’s tip. Multiple passes may be needed – just repeat until no more residue comes off on the swab. Let the alcohol dry completely before using the cartridge.
- If residue has built up, or the cartridge hasn’t been used in a while, the ball or valve that regulates the liquid can get stuck. If cleaning won’t allow it to move, you may want to apply light pressure to the valve with a small blunt tipped object like a toothpick. After loosening it, another cleaning may be warranted.
- If your battery has a pre-heat feature, it can help to open up a sticky valve too. Check the instructions for your battery for how to pre-heat. After pre-heating, do a short inhale to clear the valve, then do another pre-heat and a normal inhale. Repeat as needed.
